Terms and Conditions
Our 30-day Risk Free Trial policy applies to Bison Hockey Sticks purchased directly from our website. This policy excludes broken sticks, sticks purchased from pro shops, retailers and/or websites other than www.bisonhockeysticks.com. Team sales, bulk orders, sticks purchased on clearance or at promotional events are also excluded.
A full refund will be issued to your credit card or PayPal account within (7) seven days of receiving your returned hockey stick.
Refunds will not be issued for sticks returned without a Return Authorization. No requests for returns after 30 days from the date of purchase will be accepted.
Limit of (1) one return per customer. Bison Hockey Sticks reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this policy at any time.

How to return a Bison Hockey Stick for a refund:
1. Send an e-mail to refund@bisonhockeysticks.com requesting a refund and Return Authorization (RA) number. Please include your name, email address, full mailing address, the stick’s serial number and date of purchase. A return authorization will be created and sent by return e-mail with your RA number and shipping instructions.
2. Prepare and package your Bison Hockey Stick for shipping.
3. Ship your unbroken stick to our returns processing center (the full shipping address will be provided after obtaining your RA). Please write the RA number provided to you on the outside of the packaging.
Sticks must be shipped to Bison Hockey Sticks, prepaid and preferably in their original shipping carton. We strongly recommend returning your stick using UPS, FedEx or some other carrier that will provide you with a tracking number or delivery receipt.
