30 Day Limited Warranty on Bison Hockey Sticks

Bison Hockey Sticks will provide a one-time replacement of your Bison hockey stick purchased directly from Bisonhockeysticks.com if broken within 30 days from the date of purchase. This limited warranty is provided only to the original purchaser and is a one-time replacement and does not cover sticks that were previously provided as a warranty replacement. This warranty does not cover sticks purchased from Pro Shops, retailers, team sales, bulk orders or sticks purchased on "Clearance", "All Sales Final" or at promotional events.

In order for your request to be processed, proof of purchase in the form of a valid order number no older than 30 days from the day you make the claim to Bison Hockey Sticks is required. You must return your stick at your expense to Bison Hockey Sticks within 21 days from the date the return was created. We strongly recommend returning you stick using UPS, FedEx or some other carrier that will provide you with a tracking number and/or delivery receipt.

Upon receiving the returned stick we will ship the same or comparable model to the address you provide. Should a stick be discontinued, or otherwise unavailable at the time of the warranty request, Bison Hockey Sticks reserves the right to substitute the replacement stick with a comparable model or provide a refund.

How to return a broken hockey stick:

  1. Send an e-mail to warranty@bisonhockeysticks.com requesting a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please include your name, full mailing address, serial number and date of purchase. A return authorization will be created and sent by return e-mail with a RA number and shipping instructions.

  2. Prepare and package your broken stick for shipping. Include a copy of your receipt with shipment.

  3. Ship your broken stick to the address provided after obtaining your RA. Please write the RA Number on the outside of the packaging.

NOTE: Any stick returned without following these instructions will be declined.
